Samsung SPH-V5400 is the first mobile phone not only equipped with a 1.5-gigabyte hard drive, but showing some pretty interesting media features as well. The monster-phone, which is due on sale somewhere at the end of September, has a megapixel digital camera, FM-radio receiver (which can also act as a transmitter), and a TV-tuner.

Other Samsung SPH-V5400 specifications include a TV output, dual speakers, 64-tone polyphonic ring tones and dual LCD panels. The main screen is a 240*320 pixels TFT screen, and the sub screen is a 128*128 pixel OLED display.

But those features come at a price: Samsung SPH-V5400 hard-drive mobile phone costs about $800 in South Korea.
