Openwave Systems Inc. announced its collaboration with Sanyo to deliver a unique user experience on Orange's new 3G Signature phone handset, the Sanyo S-750. Sanyo's deployment of Openwave software includes the Openwave Mobile Browser V7 and Openwave Mobile Messaging Client V7, which integrates SMS, EMS and MMS messaging into one highly usable interface.

Openwave Phone Suite Version 7 (V7) incorporates a powerful graphical application framework that integrates the core mobile applications on the phone to deliver a consistent and flexible user experience. With V7, Sanyo's S-750 provides a high degree of integration between key applications, allowing users to move seamlessly and intuitively between functions like browsing,texting and multimedia messaging, and streaming video. V7 also enables Sanyo and Orange to deliver a highly customized user interface across the Mobile Browser and Mobile Messaging Client, reinforcing device identity and service branding.
