iPod U2 Special Edition gets cheaper

Apple decided to lower prices for its U2 iPod Special Edition music player from initial $329 to more acceptable $279. It seems to be a pretty good decision, considering that the original Apple iPod 5GB costs only $249.





The U2 Special Edition iPod, as most of you know, come in black casing and features a bright-red click wheel, as well as autographs of U2 band members. The player is sold with an Apple iTunes Store coupon which gives one the right to download a 30-minute set of U2's music, Gear Live is reporting.
