Toshiba Launches PortegeM405 Tablet PC

Featuring the new Intel Core Duo processor T2400, the Toshiba Portege M405-S8003 weighs approximately 4.5 pounds and combines all the functionality of a notebook computer with the benefits of digital pen-based input and control.





The new Toshiba Portege M405-S8003 Tablet PC also features EasyGuard technology and a bright, 12.1-inch XGA diagonal display that easily switches into "slate". With the Portege M405-S8003, users can use the mouse, keyboard, digital-ink-enabled pen or their voice to manipulate information and maximize productivity.

The Portege M405-S8003 comes with a six-cell battery for up to five hours of computing time. Toshiba also equipped the Portege M405-S8003 with a swappable Ultra SlimBay for a CD-RW/DVD, DVD SuperMulti optical drives or a second hard drive for onboard data backup.
