SanDisk Announces 4GB Memory Stick PRO Duo Cards

The new 4-gigabyte SanDisk Ultra II Memory Stick PRO Duo cards target owners of modern memory-thirsty electronic devices, such as high-resolution digital cameras and video camcorders.





SanDisk Ultra II Memory Stick PRO Duo cards feature a minimum write speed of 9 megabytes per second (MB/sec.) and a minimum read speed of 10MB/sec. These fast write speeds are designed to take advantage of advanced digital camera features such as rapid fire, continuous-shooting modes or to capture digital video clips.

SanDisk Ultra II cards include an adapter for use in full size Memory Stick slots. The suggested retail price is $239.99.
