Cingular 8525 UMTS/HSDPA Pocket PC heading to stores
Being a version of the HTC Hermes communicator, the new Cingular 8525 wireless Pocket PC features 3G networking capabilities, sliding out QWERTY keyboard and a QVGA touchscreen.

The company promises to keep the handheld's price just a cent below the $400 mark but it possibly means that you'd have to get a long-term contract with Cingular Wireless to justify the discount.
Brighthand says that the Cingular 8525 will also feature EDGE, Wi-Fi b/g and Bluetooth 2.0 and will ensure download speeds between 400 and 700 kbps.
