Sony NV-U71T nav-u personal GPS navigation unit revealed
Sony plans to introduce its new Sony NV-U71T nav-u personal GPS navigation device later this year in conjunction with real-time traffic service, which will require a separate subscription for some $5.

The Sony NV-U71T nav-u comes with a 3.5" touch screen, which can be operated with a set of pre-set hand gestures, such as "take me home", when a driver needs to draw an inverted "V" sign on the screen to get the mode activated. A set of U.S. and Canadian maps comes pre-loaded on the device's 2GB memory card.
