Toshiba TDP-FF1AU DLP projector

The latest Toshiba TDP-FF1AU super-portable DLP projector does not really fit the palm of one's hand, but its dimensions are similar to those of the Apple mini computer. So, the device can become presenter's best friend if its real-world characteristics will not fall short to specs featured in the press release.





Toshiba says that the TDP-FF1AU DLP projector features brightness of 400 lux and a 1500:1 contrast ratio. Considering its native SVGA 800x600 pixel resolution, the projector seems to be good enough even to watch movies from time to time. The task is made easier with an impressive set of external connections, including RGB and composite, as well as USB and stereo mini jack.

The company insists on the device's HDTV/DTV compatibility although it's clear that the projector can not show picture in real HD.
