Logitech Reveals 'Completely Redesigned' QuickCam for Notebooks Pro Webcam

The QuickCam for Notebooks Pro webcam features 1.3 Megapixel sensor and Logitech RightSound technology with acoustic echo cancellation software.

The Logitech QuickCam for Notebooks Pro webcam sports a considerable field-of-view lens with 78 degrees of visibility. The webcam can capture still images at resolutions of up to 1.3 megapixels without software enhancement, or up to 4 megapixels with software enhancement. The QuickCam for Notebooks Pro webcam is also certified to support the faster data rates of Hi-Speed USB.

The Logitech Video Effects software enables you to completely transform your image into three-dimensional animated avatars, whose expressions and movements precisely mimic your facial expressions. The software works with all popular webcam applications, including MSN Messenger Video Conversation, AOL Instant Messenger and Yahoo! Messenger.
