Logitech G15 Keyboard Features LCD Display

The Logitech G15 computer keyboard features a built-in adjustable-tilt, backlit auxiliary LCD display, and 18 programmable keys.





Logitech expects its auxiliary LCD display to be supported by some new games coming later this year. The games are supposed to provide user with game information such as score, times, health status, and ammunition levels. The LCD monitor can also be programmed to show incoming e-mail alerts, CPU speed, or even media player information, without interfering with the game on screen. A software development kit (SDK) will be included on the installation CD, allowing gamers to write their own programs for customized information to be displayed on the LCD screen. When not in use, the LCD panel folds down to protect the screen.

18 fully programmable keys of the Logitech G15 and three mode keys can be programmed to represent a different keystroke or macro, meaning a total of 54 different customizable commands.
