Latest Customer Satisfaction Survey Results Exceed Expectations
Information Technology Resources Inc. (ITresources), an IT solutions and staffing company, today announced earning its highest overall Customer Satisfaction rating since its inception in 1994. On a possible five-point scale, ITresources earned a rating of 4.34 for 2004.
To measure the company's effectiveness in providing personal service of the highest quality, ITresources conducted its annual satisfaction survey with over 100 key customers last August.
Over the past 5 years, ITresources has seen its overall customer satisfaction ratings steadily increase. President/CEO Gary C. Gray attributes the company's success to empowering teams while challenging staff to exceed client expectations. ITresources' consistent rankings growth demonstrates the company's dedication to customer satisfaction and efforts to build lasting partnerships.
Survey participants are asked to rate ITresources attributes:
-- Professionalism of the staff.
-- Timeliness in responding to requests.
-- Quality of work produced.
-- How well issues and concerns were addressed.
Secondarily, but no less significantly, the survey measured quality levels for specific areas within ITresources' business, including: Account Management, Desktop/Network Support, Help Desk, Data Center, Systems Development, Telecommunications, Internet Practice and Web Development/Hosting, as well as rating the quality of supplemental staffing and recruiting personnel.
An overwhelming 86% of customers responded positively when asked, "How strongly would you recommend ITresources to a business associate?"
Gray also cites the company's Capability Maturity Model (CMM) Level 5 rating as another factor driving the further improvement in areas such as timeliness and quality.
