Nokia announced the latest addition to its successful line of messaging devices with the introduction of the Nokia 6822 model. Like its predecessors in Nokia's messaging portfolio the new Nokia 6822 possesses a unique design that unfolds into a full messaging keyboard for richer messaging and documentation experience. The new model also has an advanced VGA camera, and 65K color display.

The compact messaging device supports a wide range of e-mail and instant messaging solutions, easy-to-use Personal Information Management (PIM) capabilities and wireless data synchronization. Nokia 6822 will be available in the first quarter of 2005 in EMEA and the Americas.
