MXtreme Mail Firewall Gets 'Clear Favorite' Award

MXtreme Mail Firewall has been awarded "Clear Favorite" in the "Clear Choice Test" of anti-spam solutions from Network World. In its "Clear Choice Test" roundup review MXtreme emerged as the "clear favorite" among anti-spam appliances based on its "excellent design and implementation".





In addition, Network World cited the strong security features of MXtreme, the world's only Common Criteria EAL4+ security certified email firewall, stating: "BorderWare gets kudos for not only having a clear encrypted SMTP capability, but also the ability to detect man-in-the-middle attacks - alone among our top finishers."

The review also praised the extensive reporting capabilities in MXtreme, which presents an integrated look into the messaging system by providing "visibility into the message queues, (the) ability to search the logs, (and generate) basic reports and scheduled reports".
