1-800-FLOWERS.COM Delivers Last-Minute Gifts

Orders To Be Accepted As Late as December 24 for Delivery That Day; E-mmediate Gift Option Also Available for Procrastinators

If you haven't completed your holiday shopping, don't panic....help is on the way! 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. announced today that it will have both floral and non-floral gifts available up until the very last minute this holiday season, in addition to its always-popular E-mmediate Gift(SM) notification option.

1-800-FLOWERS.COM will offer customers a variety of last-minute gifts, including flowers, plants, gift baskets and other holiday presents. These gifts can be ordered as late as 10 p.m. Eastern time on the evening of December 23rd (while supplies last) for delivery via overnight carrier on December 24. Additionally, 1-800-FLOWERS.COM will also be accepting floral orders on December 24th for delivery that same day through its network of select florists around the country.

The Company also offers gift options for those who wake up on Christmas morning and realize that they have forgotten to send their cousin or nephew a gift. 1-800-FLOWERS.COM offers its E-mmediate Gift(SM) notification solution, whereby customers can have an e-mail sent to the intended gift recipient. The E-mmediate Gift e-mail can include a description and photo of the gift being sent, and a personal message can let the recipient know they are not forgotten this holiday season. The personalized e-mail message can also arrive with an image of a wrapped box, to keep the gift to come as a surprise. The recipient should receive the actual product shortly after Christmas, depending on when the order is placed.
