The Nokia 6170 synchronizes contacts, calendars and to-do-lists helping users to be up-to-date with their appointments and busy schedules. Nokia has commercial push to talk contracts with 20 operators, and is trialing the technology with well over 30 operators around the world.

With the Nokia Wireless Audio Adapter as an outbox enhancement, the Nokia 6170 can be connected to compatible headsets via Bluetooth wireless technology. The Nokia 6170 offers users up to 4 hours talk time and up to 11 days of stand-by time
